should be blooger be responsible for their writing?

hye... Is it too late for me to complete this blog? Sorry sir...As we can see, there's a lot of thinf we can do through internet-playing games, find the information, buying things, paying bills and etc.However, having blog is one of the necessary things to many people nowaday exspecially for the youth and teenagers. As teenagers, we like to write about something we like or something we not really like. However, all sort of thing we write is just our opinion. For me, even we can write anything in our blog, it still have a limit. But, if what we write in our blog is true, there's no need to be worried. The government said, Malaysia is democracy country... So, I think we have to handling this democracy opportunity with the right ways.. Is not guilty for us to make some comment about what really happen around us in the real condition.This is because...just we really know about what we are doing..As a blooger, we have our own reason to do that thing..
